I would like to make an additional walkway around the side of my home and I confirm that it will be the same material as my driveway or pathway of my home.

Current ARB Guidelines state: Pathways must direct abut the side of the house meaning no gap is allowed between the side of the house and the walkway. Please stop the application and make changes to your proposed project and resubmit.

Homeowners are not allowed to install a new pathway that does not connect to the current driveway. If you received this message, then go back to your plan and make the required change.

Current ARB Guidelines state: No plants may be installed on the other side of the sidewalk between it and the property line.
