- Our community has the Estate Collection. Mailbox models are ME-1 or ME-3. The box color is mineral black. Box are installed using a single bracket (DB-30) or double bracket (DB-24DNH) on a 5” fluted black aluminum post and have a red stamped aluminum flag.
- ME-3 can be used for all replacements throughout the community. An ARB application is required for all replacements.
- When contacting Creative Mailbox Designs for assistance you will need to provide the name of our community (Lake Sawyer South) It is always a good idea to include a photo of your mailbox or item that needs replacement if possible.
- If you are repainting, please remove the old numbers prior to painting and then apply a new set after the paint is dry. The numbers must be the same size, font, and color as the original ones. Creative Mailbox Designs has those sets available. The numbers are either 2” California Bold if you are putting them on the side of the mailbox or 1.5” California Bold if you are putting them on the front.
