ARB Application Forms
Your application must be competed and submitted by the Homeowner to the ARB department of Leland and reviewed by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval BEFORE ANY WORK MAY COMMENCE. Proceeding without approval may require you to change or remove work already done.
You may find it helpful to first review the ARB Guidelines, prior to submitting your application.

If you are REPAINTING EXTERIOR of your house (either WHOLE house or SPECIFIC AREAS) use THIS FORM:

If you are REMOVING OR REPLACING A TREE on your property use THIS FORM:
If you are adding or replacing your GUTTERS OR DOWNSPOUTS, use THIS FORM:

If you are ADDING OR REMOVING A FENCE, use THIS FORM:
If you are ADDING SCREEN ENCLOSURES use THIS FORM:
If you are REPAIRING OR EXTENDING YOUR DRIVEWAY use THIS FORM:
If any of your exterior work will require moving equipment over Common Areas
(not owned by an individual owner) USE THIS FORM:
If you are INSTALLING WATER PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT
OUTSIDE YOUR HOME

HINT: Water Purification Systems inside a garage or other interior area does NOT require an application.
And if your system is to be located within a Privacy Fence (6′ White Vinyl), an application is NOT required.
